What to put in your hand luggage.
Make sure you put the electronics medication toothbrush and an extra pair of underwear in your carry-on luggage you need to have all your important items in your bag that you carry on rather than the bag in the hold this is if the case gets lost in the hold at least you got all your important goods and medicines in your hand luggage, it's always good to carry a spare pair of underwear in your hand luggage just in case your plane is delayed and your case has already been checked in and if you and a hot country you might need them to freshen up.
Public transport.
Whenever you go on public transport make sure you ask the price before you get on never use a metre always get a fixed price and make it clear where you are going from and to and how long is it going to take, also make sure they take card payments if you wish to pay by card or is it only cash or it might also be a ticket that you got to buy in advance. You will come across the illegal taxi drivers who will try to rip you off so always go with the licensed taxis with a fixed price as I said because some of them can take you a long way round and clock on the metre by getting a fixed price they Gonna Get You from a to b a lot quicker because they know what they're going to get and they don't want to spend time taking you around when they could be picking up another client.
When flying by plane.
If flying by aeroplane it is very important that you stay hydrated so drink as much water as you can I keep off the alcohol I know this is going to be very hard for some people but they will pay dividends at the other end also get up and walk about the plane and take your shoes off and try to do a couple of laps of the plan every couple of hours you do not want to stay in the same seeds for hours and hours and hours you gotta get up go to the loo get some water and do some walking, it's also a good idea to get a window seat because then you can lean against the window if you wish to have a little snooze but bear in mind that if you get a window seat you might have to disturb the other people in the other seats if you want to get up and down up down.
