10 More Travel Tips That You Need To Know.

FIND YOUR WAY AROUND, if you're gonna be using Google Maps, download Google Maps for offline use before you leave, that way you will know you're going to have the map data that you need without have to have the network.

CARRYING WATER before buying water, just take an empty bottle with you and once you get through customs you can then use the toilet or facilities to refill that Water bottle for free and that saves you from having to carry it around full, and saving that extra money because it more expensive on the other side of security.

WHEN TO BUY TICKETS The best time to buy tickets has been proven to be on a Tuesday afternoon so hold off and buy your tickets then and you will save.

LEAKS IN YOUR BAG anything that could leak in your bag I suggest you put in a plastic bag with a zip on it, that way, if it leaks it's not going to go all of your clothes.

GOING TO THE LOO ON THE PLANE, well the best time to go is just after the plane levels out, when taking off, or 20 minutes before the plane lands, that way you can relieve yourself without the queuing

WIFI CODES check out the forums for the hotels that you're staying at to find out what the WiFi code so that way you don't have to stand in the queue to ask for it.

LOST YOUR CHARGER if you forget your phone charger always ask the hotel desk, because you can guarantee somebody would have left some from previous nights and they will have a box full of charges and they will be more than happy to lend you or give you one.

GET YOUR BAGS OFF FiRST, Even if your bags not fragile it's always best to put fragile stickers on your case and you'll find that your case will be put on top of the loads which means it will be first off the plane and first out on the conveyor belt.

SOMEONE GOT IN THE WAY OF YOU PHOTO, if you wish to take some good quality pictures, but there are people in the way, or, there something in the way, you could always take that picture and then photo shop it later and remove the people or the vehicles out so you can still have that perfect picture but you just have to wait to get home.

GIVE MONEY AWAY  On your last day there and on your way to the airport gatherer all your loose change in the currency that you using and give it to charities or homeless people on the streets, you will be helping them and it won't be stuck at home doing nothing . thats a good thing to do.

We have so many more tips for you, they keep coming.

If you ever find yourself missing a flight and there is a big queue at the customer service desk the best thing to do is to get the phone out your pocket and call the customer service helpline and they will be able to help you a lot quicker than standing in the queue at the customer service desk for the airline, you will always find that people answer the phone quite quickly and if you contact  somebody in a call centre there'll be there waiting for you rather than the long queue with only one of two people serving.

If you're taking clothes on board that need ironing  a very good way of stopping them from being creased is to wrap them up in cling film this will stop them from crinkling up and will stay fresh for when you want to wear them, i would you advise you to take non iron clothes with you because it makes a lot easier to washing yourself and Hang em up then to have to get them ironed.

When you carry luggage with you, sometimes rather than paying the excess Duty it'll be better for you to send them in advance by DHL than on the plan, so there this in mind that you did send them for example for $40 but the airline will charge you $100 and you don't have to carry them and I'll be at your destination waiting for you.

Whenever you in the security line always try to be behind a business traveler than a family with kids because the business traveller wants to get through as quickly as possible and he's been through it many times so if you're following him you will go through just as quick as he did, if you're stuck behind a family with kids then you could end up being a lot longer.

Always ask for hotel staff where the local restaurants and attractions are the best deals as they will tell you where to go because they live in the area  if you go to the tourist places you will  end up paying a lot more so don't be afraid to ask the staff and they will give you all the tips and tricks you need to know for the local area that you're in.

If you're going on a cruise or boat and you are acceptable to sickness then a good thing to try and do is taking dried ginger root available From health stores and if  you read the label it will tell you how much you need to take, this is a very good supplement to take to combat seasickness.

Haggle not many people like the haggle they just pay up what they're told to but always always haggle and walk away and they will come down in price contact local people and they will tell you roughly how much you need to have a haggle by, sometimes they will be 80% cheaper than what they're saying, so always haggle,  just saying no just say no just say no and walk away and then they will probably come out with the cheapest offer.

When looking for holidays and flights it is best to look at aroundabout three months before you leave because that is the time when they become the cheapest, look out for mid week flights to destinations because they will always be cheaper than weekends.

Well I hope you have found all these tips and tricks useful and again if you have any that we can use contact us and we'll put it up here and share it with the world.

10 traveling tips for you to remember...stay safe

  1. when ordering your drinks on the plane make sure you order without ice the water onboard is teeming with bacteria and then make ice onboard.
  2. Be sure to weigh all your bags in advance and writing it on the case or the bag this will stop any problems when you get to the airport and they turn around and saying you're overweight.
  3. Set the time to the destination time as soon as you can this will then allow you to customise yourself with the local time for when you get there.
  4. It is very important when you reach your destination on a plane that you get off the plane within the first 5 minutes because after five minutes you could be waiting in the queue for up to 50 minutes.
  5. If the flight is overbooked  never volunteer to give up your seat always wait for them to come to you and make you an offer and then you can bargain with them to up the offer, if you wish to be upgraded try not to book in any cases as anybody without a case put into the plane will be upgraded first, Just carry hand luggage.
  6. Whatever you check out of the hotel it is always a good idea to check the bill there and then it's no good getting home and then finding out you've been overcharged for something so always double check your bill before you pay it, if anybody tells you to sort it out with your agents back home then they're wrong, you need to sort it out with the hotel there and then and speak to your local representative if you have one.
  7. If you don't know what the differences between Direct and indirect flights then you need to learn because a direct flight will get you from A to B without any stops and indirect flight will always land somewhere else and that could possibly be a few hours which will be added  onto your travel time.
  8. When you booking your flights or hotel accommodation or travel plans always make sure that you give the name that is on your passport identically, because the tickets have got to match up to the name on the passport so use the name that you got on your passport to book your tickets, this is also applies to your insurance because when you give your insurance documents for a claim they want to see your passport as well to see that you are the person that's on the documents.
  9. As we all know water is not always safe to drink around the world to what you are used to at your own home so if you are going to a country where the water is not drinkable from a tap then when you having a shower make sure you close your mouth and you don't get any into it as bacterial will then suddenly affect you, so when having a shower keep your mouth shut and try not to breathe in too much up your nose.
  10. If you're going down to the beach another good tip which I found out many years ago it's to take some baby powder with you sprinkle some on your feet and your legs and body and then when you come to wash off this and will instantly brush off.
